Family Village Care Hub Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When someone requests access or participates as an approved helper, we may collect their name, email address, mobile number, relationship to the family, availability, helper permissions, and care-coordination activity inside the Village.

Private care information, schedules, requests, addresses, family updates, and helper commitments are used only to coordinate support for the family and are not intended for public sharing.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review helper access requests, approve or manage helper participation, coordinate care requests, send secure sign-in codes, deliver family updates to approved recipients, and notify matched helpers about care requests they are approved to help with.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use Village helper contact information for third-party marketing. SMS opt-in data and consent status are not sold, shared, rented, or provided to third parties for their promotional or marketing purposes.

SMS notifications

Family Village Care Hub may send SMS alerts and account notifications to approved helpers and approved update recipients. Providing a mobile number for access review does not require SMS alert opt-in. Helper care-request alerts are sent only to approved helpers whose profile matches the request type and whose SMS notifications are enabled.

Message frequency varies based on family activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages, reply START to opt back in, or reply HELP for help. Helpers may also manage SMS notification preferences in their Village dashboard.

Privacy boundaries

Approved Village participants are expected to protect the family's privacy and not share schedules, addresses, photographs, care instructions, updates, or other family information outside the Village.

Access may be suspended or removed if a participant no longer needs access or does not follow family privacy expectations.
